Project Everberry is a groundbreaking initiative that unites Grow Ohio Valley, EnergiAcres, CNX, and Oglebay to advance the sustainability of the Appalachian region's food and energy systems. Building on the progress made by Grow Ohio Valley through previous ARC grant awards, we're creating Food Centers that co-locate the latest advancements in energy production with indoor farming techniques.
These centers also support local farmers and communities, fostering regional economic growth and community involvement. We partner with educational institutions like Ohio State University, West Virginia University, and Penn State University for research, internships, job training, and community outreach.
